- Products without their original tags, labels, or packaging.

- Returns/exchanges requested after the specified return window.

3. Return/Exchange Window:
- You must initiate a return or exchange request within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
